Low - Fat Raspberry Summer Sensation

A layered, frozen dessert...I use fresh raspberries from my raspberry bushes.  A cool treat for a hot summer day...
1 pt (2 cups) raspberry sorbet or sherbert, softened
1 cup cold fat free milk
1 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla flavor fat free sugar free instant reduced calorie pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8-oz) Cool Whip Free whipped topping, thawed
1 cup raspberries
1. Line 9 x 5" loaf pan with foil.  Spoon sorbet into pan; freeze 10 minutes.   
2. Pour milk into a large bowl.  Add dry pudding mix.  Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.  Gently stir in whipped topping; spread over sorbet in pan.
3. Freeze 3 hours or overnight.
4. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil.  Let stand 10 - 15 minutes to soften slightly prior to slicing. 
5. Place one slice on each dessert plate; top evenly with raspberries.
6. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
Serves:  12

Soften sorber in microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 10 - 15 seconds or until slightly softened.
