Parmesan Zucchini

Caramelized onions and parmesan cheese make this zucchini a memorable addition to your holiday meal.
1 tbsp Carlini 100% Pure Olive Oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 zucchini, sliced
1/2 tsp Stonemill Essentials Iodized Salt
1/4 tsp Stonemill Essentials Ground Pepper
1/4 cup Priano Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1. In a large saute pan, heat the oil over high heat. Saute the onions until they begin to soften.
2. Add the garlic, sauté 1 minute. Add the sliced zucchini. Cook covered, until the zucchini is crisp tender.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with parmesan cheese.
