Reuben Dip (Crockpot)

The ingredients of everyone's favorite reuben sandwich - in a dip form !!!  Delicious on mini rye bread slices....
1 small can sauerkraut
6 ozs corned beef, diced
1 (8-oz) cream cheese
2 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing
1 (6-oz) Swiss cheese, shredded
1. Drain and rinse sauerkraut; mix with cheese in saucepan.  Add corned beef and dressing.  Cover and heat on low until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally.  Serve warm with cocktail rye.  After preparing, may keep warm in crockpot on low heat.
Serves:  4 - 6 appetizer servings
