Salsa Mac 'n Cheese

A Mexican version of a family favorite....
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (16-oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'n Chunky Salsa
1-3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb (12-oz) Velveeta Pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up.
1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
2. Stir in salsa and water.  Bring to boil.  Stir in macaroni.  Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.  Simmer 8 to10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
3. Add prepared cheese product; stir until melted.
Serves:  4 to 6
