Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

Easy, delicious...
Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
I large Vidalia onion, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in skillet.  Add brussels sprouts and chopped onion, sauteeing until sprouts turn bright green and onion is carmalized - about 10 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper.

Serves:  depends on how many sprouts you cook
