Scrambled Eggs

My sons Ryan and Brent clean out the refrigerator when they make their "signature" scrambled eggs.
3 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
Olive oil to coat skillet
Add - ins
Shredded cheese: American, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Swiss
Chopped cooked meat: Chicken, ham
Chopped vegetables: Onion, green/red pepper. mushrooms, jalapeno peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in 8" non-stick skillet.
2. Whisk together eggs and milk.  Pour into heated skillet.  Cook for a few minutes just until eggs begin to firm up slightly around the edges.  Add cheese and desired fillings and stir to combine with rubber spatula.  Continue to cook and stir until eggs are of desired consistency.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
