Turtle Pumpkin Pie (No Bake)

Caramel, pecans, and creamy pumpkin spiced pudding makes this twist on the traditional pumpkin pie a decadent treat.
1 graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cup caramel topping
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 cup cold milk
2 pkgs (4-serving size each) Jello Vanilla Flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tub (8-oz) Cool Whip topping, thawed, divided
2 Tbsp caramel topping
2 Tbsp pecan pieces
1. Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans. 
2. Beat milk, dry pudding mixes, pumpkin and spices with whisk until blended.  Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip.  Spread into crust.  Top with remaining Cool Whip.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour.  Top with 2 Tbsp pecans and drizzle remaining 2 Tbsp caramel with fork.  Store leftovers in refrigerator.
