Vegetable Pizza

An easy cold appetizer pizza - a great way to satisfy your daily veggie requirement !!!! 
Ingredients
1 pkg cresent rolls (8 rolls)
1 (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp dill weed
 
Directions
1. Spread and flatten crescent rolls on a baking sheet, pinching edges together.  Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes; cool completely.

Combine cream cheese and mayo or salad dressing; mix well.  Add onion flakes and dill weed.  Spread on top of cooled crust.  Top cream cheese mixture with fresh chopped broccoli, mushrooms, tomato, green onion, green pepper, and cucumbers.  Refrigerate.  May sprinkle with bacon bits and / or shredded cheese.  Cut into squares before serving.
