Velveeta Salsa Dip (Crockpot)

This easy cheese dip can be whipped up in minutes and kept warm in the crockpot...delicious with a variety of vegetable dippers or tortilla chips.
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8-oz) jar picante sauce or salsa
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1. Microwave cheese and picante sauce or salsa in 1 1/2 qt bowl on HIGH for 5 minutes until cheese melts, stirring after 3 minutes.  Stir in cilantro.  Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.  After preparing, may keep warm in crockpot on low heat.
