Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint

This is an unusual combination of salty and sweet and hot, yet it makes a spectacular, mouth-watering salad for those hot summer days.
Watermelon (8 cups cubed)
Fresh Feta cheese (1 block, crumbled)
2 Jalapeno peppers (seeded, diced)
1 lime (squeezed for juice)
Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
Olive oil (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1. Combine watermelon, crumbled feta, and chopped Jalapeno peppers in bowl.  Squeeze lime juice through fingers over bowl to catch seeds.  Drizzle with olive oil to taste.  Combine all together - taste.  Add sugar and salt to taste.  Stir in mint leaves.  Refrigerate until serving time.
