garlic and nutmeg rice

Ingredients
sea salt, to taste
1-1/2 cups raw basmati rice; cooked
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 whole whole nutmeg, grated
oo
knob butter
sea salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp cinnamon
juice from 1 small lemon
 
Directions
1. Cook rice normally.
2. Heat oil and butter in pan and saute garlic; season. Cook until garlic starts to colour; add nutmeg and cinnamon. Add cooked rice and mix thoroughly until well coated. Remove from heat and squeeze in lemon juice.
