Mushroom Pita Bites

2- 6" pitas, split
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 small red onions, julienned
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped or 2 tsp dried
1 cup finely grated mozzarella
1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1. Place pita on an ungreased baking sheet, arrange with mushrooms, then onions and bell pepper. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Bake at 425F for 8-10 mins. Cut into wedges.
