1. Put ribs in soup pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, skim off scum as they cook. Add salt to taste. Add onions, beef bouillion and carrots and cook on simmer until ribs are almost soft. In another pot put water on to boil, add cabbage, boil about 3 minutes. Pour off water, put vinegar on top, mix, let stand. Take ribs out of pot, set aside. Taste rib water, add salt as needed. Add tomato sauce and beans. Mix all together, add pepper to taste, add cabbage and caraway seeds, taste if you have enough vinegar. Put ribs on top, make sure rbs are covered with juice or add more water. Bring to low boil, simmer for about 20 minutes covered. Serve with boiled potatoes.
