  • Coconut Scone

    By far the best scone I have ever had. One question- do you buy the coconut oil in a liquid or more of a shortening type consistency? I also found there is a refined and unrefined version, unrefined having coconut flavor and refined the latter. A little guidance here please. For recipe Coconut Scone

  • new york breakfast casserole

    Spread a third of the bagel cubes in a 9 by 13 pan. Dot the bagels with a third of the cream cheese bits and mix in the red onion and cherry tomatoes. Repeat in tow more alternating layers. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, ground pepper. Pour the egg mixture over bagel mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Let it rest 10 mins before serving. Serve with capers and salmon or bacon For recipe new york breakfast casserole
