ZEMLOVKA (BREAD PUDDING)

Ingredients
french bread, cut up
25 dg tvorog
4 eggs
vanilla pudding
1 l milk
8 tbsp sugar
vanilla
grated apples
 
Directions
1. Soak the bread pieces in mixture of 1/2 l milk, 3 eggs, and sugar.
2. Cook vanilla pudding w/ rest of the milk (1/2 l).
3. Layer bread, apples, pudding, tvorog w/ egg and sugar, bread.
