Ingredients
1 Head Shredded Cabbage
1 Large Onion, diced
1 Green bell pepper, diced
1 Can//jar Pimento
6 Stalks Celery, chopped
Dressing
1 3/4 Cup Vinegar
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Celery seed
1 Tsp Mustard seed
 
Directions
1. Combine cabbage, onion,bell pepper, celery and pimento in large container.
2. Heat vinegar and sugar. Do not boil.
3. Add salt, celery seed, and mustard celery
4. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving
 
Notes:
Keeps for weeks in the refrigerator
