Maxwell House Caramel Nut Tart

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 TBS instant coffee
1 14 oz pkg unwrapped caramels
4 cup toasted pecans or almonds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 graham cracker crust
semi sweet baking chocolate, melted
1. Stir cream and coffee in large microwaveable bowl until well blended. Add caramels. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute until caramels are completely melted.
2. Stir in pecans and cinnamon. Spoon mix into crust. Spread top evenly with knife. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into slices to serve. Drizzle tart or plate with melted chocolate.
