Parmesan Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 cup flour
3 TBS grated parmesan
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp powder
1/2 tsp soda
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded peeled zucchini
1 TBS grated onion
 
Directions
1. In bowl, combine the flour, parmesan, salt, powder and soda. In another bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, sugar and butter.
2. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in zucchini and onion.
3. Pour into a greased floured loaf pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
