Dessert Sushi

This is too cute! What a fun dessert to Japanese or sushi takeout!


Yields 4 servings
Ingredients:
4 rice crispy treats
4 fruit roll up snacks
4 gummy worms
Directions:
1. Remove the rice crispy treats from wrapper and place on microwave- safe plate; microwave on high for 10 seconds to soften.
2. Unwrap fruit roll-up snack and place plastic side down on work surface.
3. Lay one rice crispy treat on each roll-up and use fingers to flatten to 1/4 in thickness.The rice crispy treat should cover about 1/2 the roll-up.
4. Top with 1 gummy work.
5. Starting with the rice treat side, tightly roll fruit into a cylinder shape around the rice crispy treat and gummy worm, removing plastic wrap as you roll.
6. Use a knife to cut into four 1 inch lengths and serve.
