My Energy Mix

My favorite trail mix that I make with fresh ingredients from the farmer's markets.  Also great after a workout for some protein to repair those muscles!  MMMMM. I want some right now.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw whole almonds
1/2 cup raw pepitas
1/2 cup raw walnut pieces
1/3 cup natural raisins
2 tablespoons dried apple, diced
Directions:
1.      mix all ingredients and put into a sealed container or portion into snack bags to take on the go. 
      1/3 cup per bag is about 157 calories, 6 grams of protein, 9 grams of (good) fats, and 12 grams of carbs.  Delicious and nutritious!!!
