You and your children will think it's rice pudding, but this cottage cheese faux version is way more nutritious as it has four times as much protein as store-bought brands.
Ingredients:
1 cup lowfat (1%) cottage cheese, small curd
1 tsp instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp raisins
pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and pudding mix
2. Add milk and stir. Add raisins and cinnamon, and stir again until all ingredients are evenly combined
