Jim's Pizza

Pizza like Dad used to make.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 t yeast (1 package)
2 C bread flour
2/3 C water, lukewarm
1 T honey
toppings, as desired
olive oil, painted on crust
mozzarella cheese

Sauce
1 t oregano
1 t basil
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t parsley
dash of pepper
1 can tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Sprinkle yeast over the mixture of honey and water.  After yeast sinks and rises, stir water and add the flour.  Knead until smooth and elastic.  Lightly coat the dough in olive oil and cover with saran wrap to rise in a warm place.
2. Spread the dough out onto an oiled pizza pan or prepared pizza stone.  Sprinkle dough with mozzarella cheese, then add the sauce and toppings as desired.
3. Preheat oven to 500F.  Cook five minutes on the bottom rack, rotate 180 and cook five additional minutes on the top rack.  Remove from oven and let cool before cutting.
