Mango Tomato Salsa

I threw this together after my sister took one bite of a mango she purchased and then decided that she hated mangos.  My favorite mango salsa to date!! Thanks Sis!!

Ingredients:
1 Mango diced
2 canned, whole tomatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. orange bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
dash chile powder
dash cumin
a few generous shakes crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
a squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.  Stir to combine.  Adjust seasonings to taste.  Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour to let flavors meld together.  Enjoy as a dip or over chicken or fish.

Notes:
Makes about 1 cup.  This salsa is somewhere between mild and hot.
