Rigatoni
Ingredients:
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can petite, diced tomatoes
1 c water
1 t oregano
1 t salt
1 t crushed bay leaf
Directions:
1.
Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in large pan. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, water, oregano, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and sausage (taken out of skin). Stir together and simmer 1 hr.
2.
Cook rigatoni. Drain. Serve with sauce.
