Amish Friendship Bread

Do NOT use any type of metal spoon or bowl for mixing.  Do NOT refrigerate.  If air gets in the bag, let it out.  It is normal for the batter to rise, bubble, and ferment.
Ingredients:

Goo - Day 6
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk

Goo - Day 10
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk

Bread
Goo
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 large instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
Directions:
1. Goo:
Day 1 - Do nothing, this is the day you get it
Day 2 through Day 5 - Mush the bag once each day
Day 6 - Add "Goo - Day 6" ingredients (1 cup each: flour, sugar, and milk), mush together
Day 7 through Day 9 - Mush the bag once each day
Day 10 - Mush the bag.  Put mixture into glass or plastic bowl.  Add "Goo - Day 10" ingredients (1 1/2 cups each: flour, sugar, and milk.)  Mix well, then measure out 4 separate batters of 1 cup each and put them into gallon Ziploc bags to share with friends.

2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  To the remaining batter in the bowl (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups) add "Bread" ingredients above.

Grease 2 large loaf pans or pans for 24 muffins.  Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon.  Dust greased pans with 1/2 of the sugar mixture.  Pour batter evenly into pans and sprinkle remaining sugar mix over batter.

Bake 45 - 60 minutes for loaves and 30 minutes for muffins.  Cool until bread loosens evenly, and turn onto serving dish.
Notes:
Options: Add 1 cup chopped nuts or raisins or try diced fruits like apples or bananas.
