1. Preheat oven to 350°F

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth.
3. Beat eggs in a large bowl, then add sugar and corn syrup just until combined.

Add bourbon, vanilla and salt then beat in melted chocolate and butter.
5. Lightly grease a 9" pie pan and put a 9' pie crust in the pan. cover the edges with aluminum foil.
6. Completely fill 9"unbaked pie shell with pecans.
7. Pour pie filling over pecans into pie shell.
8. Bake 45-50 min in center of oven or
until crust is golden brown and center is raised but still a little
wiggly.
