1.
Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). Grease and flour pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the starter, oil, applesauce, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract.
3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together
flour, ground cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
4. Stir dry ingredients into the starter mixture until just combined and then fold in nuts and raisins.
5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick (or chopstick) inserted into the center of a loaf comes out clean.
