Baked Spare Ribs "Aloha No. 29"

Ingredients:
3 Lbs Lean Spare Ribs
1/2 Cup Finely chopped onion
1/4 Cup Chopped green pepper
2 8 oz. cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 Cup Vinegar
1 14 oz can Pineapple chunks with syrup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 TSP Dry mustard
Directions:
1. Cut ribs into thirds, salt and peper and place in shallow roasting pan.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.  Pour off excess fat.
2. While ribs are roasting, mix remaining ingredients, and let stand.
3. Pour over ribs after 1 1/4 hours baking.  Bake an additional 45 to 50 minutes longer.
