A delicious blend of vegetables in a cheesy sauce.
Ingredients:
2 cups Frozen Broccoli
10 ounce Baby Carrots
10 ounce brussel sprouts, frozen
1 can Button Mushrooms, drained
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
Directions:
1. Mix all veggies and steam in microwave until partially cooked. Mix soups together and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Add veggies and mushrooms. Mix together and bake in oven at 400 for 35 minutes.
