Yorkshire Pudding

The same recipe I have been using since I was a kid.
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cold Water
4 Eggs, lightly beaten
Oil
Directions:
1. Mix flour and salt in large bowl.  Add milk a little a time and mix until smooth.
Add egg and water and beat until bubbly.  Let stand lightly covered in cool area (not fridge) for 20 minutes.
Pour oil into muffin tins and preheat oven to 500.
Place in oven until oil is smoking hot . Beat pudding mix again until bubbly and spoon into muffin tins.
Cook at 500 for 8 minutes and then turn oven down to 400 for another 10 minutes.

Just like the pistachio pudding dessert, this version is a hit with the family.
