Oriental Dressing

This was "borrowed" from the restuarant "Tarpon Turtle's "kitchen, in Tarpon Springs, Florida.  My son worked summers decorating plates, and I begged him to get the recipe.  I had to divide this down to a workable amount for a home kitchen, so play with the ingredients to your taste.
Ingredients:
3 oz. Fresh ginger
4 Cloves Minced garlic
1 Stalk Green Onion, sliced
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

Puree ingredients in a blender, add oil to emulsify
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
6 oz. Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cup Sesame Oil, whisk in slowly
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped
