1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and chives.
2. Add lobster meat and toss to combine.
3. Melt butter in a large, flat pan, and grill the rolls in the pan, cut
side down, until golden-brown, pressing lightly with a spatula.
4. Divide lobster salad among the buns, and top with celery slices. Serve immediately with oven fries.
