Authentic Spanish Rice |

Ingredients:1 cup rice 2 T vegetable oil 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 can tomato sauce 1/2 t. cumin 1 to 2 cloves garlic 1/2 onion, chopped 2 cups water salt to taste pepper to taste 2 chicken bouillion cubes Directions:1. Fry rice in oil for 3 to 4 minutes till browning. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
