Seared Salmon

Really easy, really fast, really good.  Serves 4.
Ingredients:
4 salmon filets, about 6 oz each
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbl sesame oil
2 tbl soy sauce
Directions:
1. Mix together the ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Add the salmon and let them marinate for 10 minutes per side.
2. Place frying pan over high heat, and let it warm up for a minute or two. When nice and smoking hot, toss in the salmon. Cook for about a minute or two per side, until nicely seared and roughly cooked through.

I made this but added mushrooms to the marinade and tossed them in pan with the salmon. This was a wonderful recipe. If you don't like a salty flavor, a reduced sodium soy sauce would work great. Very tasty and extremely easy.
