Seared Salmon |
Really easy, really fast, really good. Serves 4.
Ingredients:4 salmon filets, about 6 oz each 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1 tbl sesame oil 2 tbl soy sauce Directions:1. Mix together the ginger, sesame oil, and soy
sauce in a large bowl. Add the salmon and let them marinate for 10
minutes per side. 2. Place frying pan over high heat, and let it warm
up for a minute or two. When nice and smoking hot, toss in the salmon.
Cook for about a minute or two per side, until nicely seared and
roughly cooked through.
