Spaghetti Squash and Garlicky Sausage

Ingredients:
1 medium raw spaghetti squash
6 oz raw turkey sausage
4 tbsp canned tomato juice
6 cloves garlic (whole, minced, or crushed as you like)
6 fresh basil leaves
1 small shallot
2 tsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take spaghetti squash and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and place cut sides down on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in non-stick skillet and saute shallots and garlic until fragrant and tender. Add turkey sausage (cut into bite-sized pieces) and saute  until cooked through.
3. When squash is done, take one of the halves and scrape the flesh into the skillet with a fork. (Reserve other half for other recipes?)
4. Stir in tomato juice and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Serves two - 5 points per serving (for those who count them)

I personally use both halves, doubling the ingredients. I also substitute onion for the shallot when I am caught short of shallots.
