2 cups biscuit mix (I like Bisquick!)
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms.
2. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Top off biscuits with a layer of shredded cheese.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees until lightly golden.
6. Mix butter and garlic--brush on hot biscuits and serve.
