1. Pound steaks on both sides to 1/4 inch thick.
2. Place parsley, onion, bread crumbs, diced eggs, cheese, oregano, salt, pepper in a bowl and mix.
3. Lay the pounded round steak flat on a table. Layer on top with ham, then spread other ingredients on top to about 1/4" deep. Fold the steak edges in and roll up like a jelly roll. Tie with cotton string at both ends and in the middle.
4. Heat the oil in a skillet, saute rolled steak on all sides until golden brown.
5. Add spaghetti sauce to cover. Simmer in the sauce for 1/2 to 2 hours.
6. Slice to show the spiral. Serve on spaghetti sauce.
