Peanut Butter Spritz Cookies

Peanut Butter cookies to be made using a cookie gun.

Yield: 12 - 14 dozen
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; Set aside
2. In a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer at medium speed, cream together peanut butter, butter, and both sugars until light & fluffy. 
3. Add egg & vanilla to butter mixture & blend well.
4. Stir in flour mixture
5. Shape dough into 3 rolls to fit into cookie gun; cover and chill for at least 1 hour
6. Preheat oven to 350 F
7. Use cookie gun to shape dough as desired, following manufacturer's instructions.  Place on ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
