Homemade Pita Chips


Ingredients:
4 Six-inch (one 8 oz. package) pitas, split & divided into quarters
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Arrange the pita wedges into a single layer on a cookie sheet (you may need to use 2 pans if they don't fit on one).
3. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt.
4. Place in the oven and cook for 5-6 minutes without turning.
Notes:
Domino Sept. 2007 magazine recipe. Serve with greek almond dip.
