Mexican Pasta

From Busy People's Low Fat Cookbook
Ingredients:
2 cups hot water
1 (16 ounce) jar chunky salsa
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 (8 ounce) box or two cups of elbow macaroni
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans
Directions:
1. In a large non-stick skillet over high heat bring the water, salsa and bouillon to a boil.
2. Stir in the macaroni.  Reduce the heat to low.
3. Cover.  Let simmer at a low boil for 10 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat.  Stir in the corn and beans.
5. Cover.  Let sit, covered, with the heat off for 2 minutes longer.
