Baked salmon

Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon fillets
1 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
pepper to taste
1 tomato sliced thin
1 small onion sliced thin
2 Tbs. parsley chopped
1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions:
1. Spray shallow baking pan with non-stick spray.
2. Place fish in baking pan and sprinkly with oregano, garlic and pepper.
3. Layer with tomato, onion and parsley.
4. Mix bread crumbs with oil and sprinkle on top of fillets.
5. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish is flakey.
