Flour Tortillas

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder
3 Tbs. olive oil
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients, then add the wet ones.
2. Knead for a few minutes then set aside in a dish cloth to let it rest if you want.
3. Divide the dough into 5 or 6 pieces and roll each piece out as thin as you can.
4. Cook in a an ungreased pan over medium heat, flipping when light brown spots appear.
