Peanut Butter Fudge for Florida

An adaptation of a family recipie which holds up to the Florida winter humidity.
Ingredients:
1 Stick Butter
1 can evaporated milk
3 1/3 Cups Sugar
1 TSP Salt
4 Cups Miniature marshmallows
2 12 oz packages Reese's Peanut Butter chips
2 TSP Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped unsalted peanuts
Directions:
1. Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan over medium heat.  Stir often as you bring to full boil.  Boil for five minutes, stirring often
2. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chips and vanilla.  Add chopped nuts and beat until well blended.  Pour into buttered 13x9x2 pan.  Chill until firm
