Swiss Chard

Ingredients:
Swiss chard
olive oil, for saute
lemon juice
golden raisins
pine nuts
Directions:
1. Clean the swiss chard, removing any strings and separating strips of leaves from stalks. Cut stalks into thick slices. Saute stalk pieces in olive oil, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until tender. Add strips of chard leaves. Cook over medium heat until wilted. Sprinkle with lemon juice, golden raisins, and pine nuts.
Notes:
I prefer red chard
