Braunschweiger Party Dip

Ingredients:
½ cup onions, minced
1 lb Braunschweiger
3 oz cream cheese
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Sauté the onions 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently; remove from heat and drain. Remove the casing from the Braunschweiger and mix meat with the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and pepper.
Notes:
Serve as a liver spread on crackers or thinly sliced party rye, or serve as a dip accompanied by a variety of fresh raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, radishes, cauliflower, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes
