1. Roll meat in flour, sauté in butter about 5 minutes or until brown. Place meat in hot baking dish. Sauté onions in same butter until tender. Place on beef. Add mushrooms.
2. Mix tomato paste, sherry, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to hot stock. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour over meat.
Bake 1½ hours at 350º, covered.
3. Let cool. Add sour cream when only warm.
4. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
