Bayley Hazen Blue-Cheese Dip

The recipe calls for this dip to be served with celery sticks--which I'm not a fan, so I would probably serve it with crackers of some sort.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (beware vegetarians--this typically has anchovies in it!)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 1/2 cups crumbled Bayley Hazen Blue cheese (from 1 1/2 lbs., rinds removed), divided
Directions:
1. In a large serving bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, & 2 1/2 cups of cheese.
2. Stir well, then sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese.
