Smoked Salmon with Lemon-Caper Cream Cheese

Not a big fan of capers, so would probably not include those in my own version of this recipe. Also, I'm not a big fan when recipes call for a certain brand of this or that. In this case, the recipe calls for Gaspé smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
about 6 lbs. sliced smoked salmon
2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
2 tablespoons drained capers
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Serve sliced salmon and cream cheese with cocktail-size slices of pumpernickel bread.
