1. In a bowl, combine the sirloin and 1 1/2 tbs soy sauce, set aside.
2. In a wok, bring 2 inches water to a boil. Add the broccoli, lower the heat and simmer for 3 min. Drain and rinse well with cold water, set aside.
3. Return wok to high heat, add 2 tbs tomato oil and the garlic and stirfry for 1 min. Add the sirloin and stir fry for 2 min. Transfer the meat and its juices back to a bowl. Add the remaining 1 tbs tomato oil to the wok, then the scallions, peppers and sundried tomatoes, stir fry for 1 min.
4. In a lrg pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta till aldente, about 3 min. In a sm bowl, stir together the beef broth, corn starch and remaining 1 1/2 tbs soy sauce . Add the mixture to the wok stirring until thickened, about 1 min. Return the meat, its juices and the broccoli to the wok, cook until heated throughly.
5. divide the pasta and top with stir fry.
