Flat dumplings served with chicken and broth. Serves 4.
Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
2 cups all purpose flour
broth
Directions:
1. Beat the egg, add milk, then enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll thin and cut into 1 inch by 2 inch strips or squares. Drop into boiling broth. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
